CARY, N.C. - The Oklahoma women's tennis team wrapped up their time at the ITA All-American Championships in Cary, N.C., with eight wins over the week-long trip.

Saturday's action opened with Emma Staker, Alexandra Pisareva, Dana Guzman and Ivana Corley taking the singles court in the prequalifying round.

Freshman Staker went on a three-win run to advance into the qualifying round, where she defeated Oregon's Sophie Luescher 5-7, 6-3, 6-0 in the round of 64.

Pisareva advanced to the round of 64 in the prequalifying draw after taking down NC State's Nell Miller 6-1, 7-5, but eventually fell to No. 13-seeded Celia-Belle Mohr from Vanderbilt.

Taking a win in the prequalifying consolation round, Guzman took the match over Fresno State's Matilde Magrini 6-3, 6-3.

Getting into the qualifying draw, senior Carmen Corley racked up a win over Duke's Brianna Shvets in the consolation round of 32, taking the match 6-3, 6-2.

Wednesday opened main draw action in doubles, where the Corley Sisters took on Fresno State's Jittakoat/Magrini in round of 32. After an intense back-and-forth battle, the duo fell 7-5, 4-6, 8-10. In the consolation draw, the sisters collected a 6-1, 6-0 win over UNLV's Helgesson/Kovacs to close their run in Cary.

The Sooners will return to the court Oct. 13-17 in Stillwater, Okla., for the ITA Central Region Championships.
