FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – The University of Oklahoma men's and women's cross country team competed in the Chile Pepper XC Festival in Fayetteville, Ark., Friday afternoon.
The women's squad brought home fourth place with a total of 159 points, while the men's squad finished 21
stafter recording a total of 521 points. Sophomore
Colin Caso (24:15.1) led men's side with a 14
th place finish and freshman
Erin O'Brien (17:22.9) secured the 24
th spot for the Sooners on the women's side.
The Sooners return to the course Oct. 15 in Stillwater, Okla., for the Weis-Crockett Invitational.
