Sooners Place Eighth, Ninth at Big 12s

STILLWATER, Okla. — The University of Oklahoma cross country teams opened the postseason in Stillwater Friday morning at the 2021 Big 12 Cross Country Championship.

OU men's squad finished eighth as a team in the 8K race with a total time of 27:13.3, while the women took ninth in the 6K competition with a time of 24:04.0.

Jordan Gledhill paced the men in 48^th (26:46.5) and Madeline Medina led the women with a 49^th-place finish in 23:34.8.
