OU XC Back on the Course in Illinois

NORMAN — The University of Oklahoma men's and women's cross country teams return to the course on Friday for the Bradley Pink Classic, hosted by Bradley University in Peoria, Ill.

"We are so excited for this meet! This team has put in a solid month of training with major progress made in fitness and mindset," said first-year associate head cross country coach Hannah Fields. "We are ready to roll at Bradley Pink and it's going to be fun to see what we are capable of!"

The Sooners kicked off the season at OSU's Cowboy Preview followed by returning to Stillwater for the Cowboy Jamboree. The men's team finished 13^th in the 8K race at the Jamboree, finishing in a total time of 2:13.51, while the OU women also finished 13^th in the 6K race with a time total time of 2:02.29. Jordan Gledhill paced the men, finishing in 26:34.7, while Madeline Medina led the women with a finish in 23:40.8.
