Corleys Take Doubles Title at OU Invite

NORMAN – For the second straight weekend, Carmen and Ivana Corley took the doubles title at the OU Invite.

The sisters defeated Texas Tech's Evans and Staines 6-3 before taking out Lenka Stara and Bunyawi Thamchaiwat of OSU 6-3. Carmen and Ivana Corley have not dropped a doubles match as a pair since they began playing together in January for a 16-0 run.

Kianah Motosono went 2-1 in singles over the weekend. The junior topped Lucie Devier (North Texas) 7-5, 6-1 and Matilde Magrini (UNT) in a thriller, 6-4, 1-6 1-0 [7].

Ivana Corley grabbed a 6-3, 6-4 win over Oklahoma State's Lenka Stara.

The Sooners return to the court Oct. 23 for the ITA Central Region Championships held at Arkansas. Results from the OU Invite have been updated below.
