NORMAN – For the 15th time in program history, the Oklahoma men's tennis team will participate in the NCAA Championships. The Sooners will head to Fort Worth, Texas for the first two rounds of team competition.
OU will face Illinois in the opening round while host TCU will face Abilene Christian. The winners of the first-round matchups will face off in the second round with the winner advancing to super regional competition the following weekend.
"It's great to be in the NCAA field again this year," said head coach Nick Crowell. "We are excited to prepare and play Illinois and start our run into the tournament."
Oklahoma finished the 2025 regular season with an 16-10 record and 7-7 finish in SEC play.
The Sooners are making their 15th consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance with Crowell leading the team for the last eight appearances.
The full 2025 NCAA Men's Tennis Championships bracket can be found here. The 2025 Championship will take place in Waco, Texas, May 16-18. Singles and doubles competition is slated for the fall of 2025.
