OU Picked Second in SEC Men's Tennis Preseason Poll

NORMAN  – The Oklahoma men's tennis team heads into its inaugural season in the SEC projected to be the No. 2 team in the conference. The Sooners sit at the No. 10 spot in the first ITA rankings of the season.

Texas tops the league coaches poll, followed by OU, Mississippi State, Georgia and Kentucky in the top five.

The Sooners open the 2025 season after claiming 105 wins in fall competition and qualifying three players for the NCAA Individual Championships.

Oklahoma went 21-5 in the 2024 season and posted wins over three top-15 teams, including then-No. 8 Texas A&M. The Sooners and the Aggies reunite in conference play this season for the first time since 2011.
