NORMAN – Oklahoma women's golf will host the 16-team field for the Schooner Fall Classic at Belmar Golf Club (par 70, 6,188 yards) Sept. 21-23.

Oklahoma opened its season at the Carmel Cup in Pebble Beach, Calif., finishing seventh among the eight-team field. Junior
Savannah Barber led the Sooners and finished 18th, recording a 10-over 221.

Isabelle Schlick tied for 26th (+14, 230) at the event. Senior
Reagan Chaney and junior
Emily Hun both tallied a 20-over 236 and tied for 36th. Junior
MaKayla Tyrrell and freshman
Audrey Rischer made their OU debut and finished 44th and 47th, respectively.
THE FIELD (16 Teams)
Auburn, Florida Atlantic, Florida State, Iowa State, Houston, Kansas State, North Texas, Oklahoma (Host), Oklahoma State, Oral Roberts, TCU, Texas State, Tulane, Tulsa, Virginia Tech and Wisconsin.
THE COURSE
All three rounds will be played at Belmar Golf Club (par 70, 6,188 yards).
FORMAT
The three-day tournament will begin on Saturday, Sept. 21 and conclude on Monday, Sept. 23 and will feature 18 holes each day. The field will start the first two rounds off either hole one or 10 at 8:30 a.m., and the final round will be a shotgun start at 9 a.m.
