Women's Golf Unveils 2024-25 Schedule

NORMAN – Oklahoma head women's golf coach Veronique Drouin-Luttrell announced the 2024-25 schedule on Friday, featuring 10 regular season tournaments and the Schooner Fall Classic.

Oklahoma opens its fall slate at the Carmel Cup at Pebble Beach Golf Links from Aug. 30 to Sept. 1. The Sooners have competed in the prestigious season-opening event in each of the past two seasons.

After its trip to California, OU returns to Norman for the Schooner Fall Classic at Belmar Golf Course on Sept. 21-23 and the Dale McNamara Invitational at Cedar Ridge Country Club in Tulsa, Okla., Oct. 14-15.

The Sooners wrap up their fall slate with the Jim West Challenge at Kissing Tree Golf Club in San Marcos, Texas, Oct. 20-21, and the Charles Schwab Invitational at Ridglea Country Club in Fort Worth, Texas, Oct. 28-29. Oklahoma recorded its first top-five finish of the 2023-24 slate in San Marcos and was led by juniors Savannah Barber and Isabelle Schlick, who tied for fourth and ninth, respectively.

OU opens its spring schedule in Florida with the Paradise Invitational at Osprey Point Golf Course in Boca Raton, Fla., Feb. 3-4. The Sooners continue their trek in the Sunshine State with the Spartan Sun Coast Invitational at Palm Aire Country Club in Sarasota, Feb. 16-17. Junior Gracie Mayo led the OU contingent in last season's weather-shortened Spartan Sun Coast Invite, placing third and guiding the squad to a top-five finish.

Oklahoma then travels west for the MountainView Collegiate in Tucson, Ariz., March 2-4 before it competes in the Betsy Rawls Invitational at UT Golf Club in Austin, Texas, March 17-18.

The Sooners conclude their regular season schedule in Athens, Ga., with the Liz Murphey Classic at UGA Golf Course, April 8-9.

Postseason play starts with the 2025 SEC Championship at Pelican Golf Club in Belleair, Fla., April 14-18.

OU will be the host institution for the NCAA Norman Regional at Jimmie Austin OU Golf Club May 5-7. The 2025 NCAA Championships returns to Omni La Costa Resort & Spa in Carlsbad, Calif., May 16-21.
