Pairings Announced for Big 12 Men's Tennis Championship

Championship Central 2022 Championship Bracket

NORMAN — The bracket for the 2022 Big 12 Men's Tennis Championship was announced Monday and the No. 5-seed Oklahoma men's tennis team will face No. 4-seed Texas Tech in the first round of the 2022 Big 12 Men's Tennis Championship, Friday, April 22, at 3 p.m. CT in Fort Worth, Texas.

The Sooners (13-9) and Red Raiders (14-10) played on April 8 in Lubbock, Texas, with Texas Tech claiming a narrow 4-3 victory. The winner of Friday's match will face top-seeded TCU in the semifinal round at 3 p.m. CT on Saturday, April 23. The championship match is scheduled for Sunday, April 24, at 4 p.m. CT.

On the opposite side of the bracket, No. 3-seed Texas will face No. 6-seed Oklahoma State. The winner will face the No. 2-seed Baylor in the semifinal round. 

The tennis championships are being held at the Bayard H. Friedman Tennis Center on TCU's campus.

Tickets for the tournament can be purchased for $5.00 a day at the entry gate. The full bracket can be found here.
