OU Prepped For Pair of Tournaments

NORMAN - The Oklahoma men's tennis squads concludes fall play at the ITA National Fall Championships and SEC/Big 12 Challenge, beginning Wednesday and Friday, respectively.

The weekend's events close a fall season that saw 61 wins, including an ITA Central Region Singles and Doubles title from Nathan Han and Mark Mandlik and Jordan Hasson.

Han and Hasson will represent the Sooners in doubles at the fall championship, with Han also competing in singles after clinching the regional title, at the Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego, Calif., Nov. 2-6.

Singles kicks off with Han facing Nishesh Basavareddy (Stanford) on Wednesday at 11 a.m. CT, while the duo will play Baylor's Bass/Grassi Mazzuchi at 6 p.m. CT in the round of 32.

Baptiste Anselmo and Justin Schlageter will travel to Tuscaloosa, Ala., to play in the singles and doubles draws at the SEC/Big 12 Challenge, Nov. 4-6, hosted by the University of Alabama.
