NORMAN – The Oklahoma women's tennis team continues its fall season at ITA Women's All-American Championships, beginning Monday in Charleston, S.C.
Three Sooners will play singles and doubles across the tournament's three draws. No. 42
Dana Guzman, No. 39 Carmen Corley and No. 60 Ivana Corley are set for the qualifying singles draw, which runs Oct. 4-5. The No. 1 ranked Corley Sisters will team up for the doubles main draw, which runs Oct. 6-10.
The sisters both opened the season with a 4-2 record from their efforts in singles and doubles and advanced to the semi-finals for doubles at the Milwaukee Tennis Classic.
The qualifying draw will be played Oct. 4-5. Main draw action is set for Oct. 6-10. All matches will be played at Charleston Tennis LLC.
The men's and women's singles quarterfinalists, consolation finalists, plus the doubles semifinalists and consolation finalists for each gender will earn automatic entry into the ITA Fall Nationals on November 4th in San Diego, Calif.
2021 marks the sixth consecutive year that the Sooners have sent at least one player to the ITA Women's All-American Championships, one of the ITA's four fall championship events. The event was not hold in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Oklahoma head coach
