NORMAN — The University of Oklahoma men's and women's track and field teams finish out their outdoor regular season this weekend in Fayetteville, Ark., at the second annual National Relay Championships Thursday-Saturday on the campus of the University of Arkansas.
The meet, held at John McDonnell Field, features 11 eleven schools including seven fellow Big 12 conference foes. Action begins Thursday evening with the men's and women's hammer throws set for 5:30 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. CT, respectively. Action resumes Friday morning at 11:30 a.m. and will run through Saturday, with the final event being the men's and women's 4x400-meter relays at 11:30 a.m. and 11:45 a.m.
The Sooners return to the track after an impressive home showing at the annual John Jacobs Invitational in Norman. On the weekend, OU collected 14 event victories and numerous personal bests. The team also honored the 2019 graduating class as the 17 members competed in their last regular season home meet.
This weekend's National Relay Championships will be broadcast and streamed live on SEC Network. Friday's action will be streamed through SEC Network+, while Saturday's relay racing will be broadcast live on SEC Network.

The Sooners begin the postseason with the Big 12 Outdoor Championships in Norman at the John Jacobs Track and Field Complex. It marks the first time OU has hosted the outdoor championships since 2011, where both the men's and women's teams placed third.
