Faculty & Staff Appreciation Day at OU Tennis on Sunday

NORMAN, Okla. - The Sooners are hosting Faculty and Staff Appreciation Day this Sunday, April 7 to show thanks to the faculty and staff members who have made a difference in the lives of our student-athletes. The event will be held at the Headington Family Tennis Center at 11:30 a.m. prior to the Oklahoma men's tennis match against TCU.

Senior women's basketball player Joanna McFarland will speak on behalf of all OU student-athletes, while head men's tennis coach John Roddick will make remarks along with Dr. Allen Knehans, the current faculty in residence at the Sooner Housing Center. Following the program, the faculty and staff and their guests are invited to cheer on the Sooners when they take on TCU at 1 p.m.

Parking for the event will be between the Lloyd Noble Center and tennis complex. Admission to the tennis match is free to the public.
