Guillermo Alcorta will play for the men's singles title at the ITA All-American Tennis Championships Sunday.
The OU senior faces Virginia's Mitchell Frank, the tournament's 12th overall seed, in the championship match at 10 a.m. at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center in Tulsa.
Alcorta, ranked No. 36 in the ITA Preseason Rankings, dispatched of Baylor's Patrick Pradella 6-4, 6-1 in the quarterfinals before taking Vanderbilt's Gonzalo Austin 3-6, 6-0, 6-4.
Oklahoma's
Andrew Harris and
Dane Webb fell 8-5 to UCLA's Marcos Giron and Mackenzie McDonald in the doubles semifinals. The duo won six straight matches in the tournament before Saturday's defeat.
Frank defeated Baylor's Julian Lenz 6-2, 6-3 in his semifinal.
