NORMAN, Okla. - The 20th-ranked Oklahoma men's tennis squad hosts No. 13 Pepperdine on Sunday, Feb. 26 at 11 a.m., at the Headington Family Tennis Center.

The Sooners (4-1) host their third consecutive dual match in Norman on Sunday and will host two more home matches against the likes of Arizona and Louisville (No. 34) before hitting the road for eight straight matches.

“Pepperdine is a traditional tennis power,” John Roddick said. “They have won a national title in the last five or six years and have always been a top program. It is exciting to get them on our schedule and here to Norman. It is going to be a tough match. They have played probably the toughest schedule in the country up to this point. It is going to be a big test for us on Sunday.”

Following the dual against Pepperdine, Roddick's squad challenges Arizona on Sunday, March 4 at 12 p.m.

table   RANKINGS RUNDOWN

The Sooners have five ranked in the initial ITA rankings and are led by junior Costin Paval who debuts as the nation's No. 5 ranked tennis player. Oklahoma began the year with all three of tandems ranked, but after the first month only Paval and Webb remain in the doubles rankings. The duo jumped up to No. 11 nationally.
