Sooners Conclude Texas A&M Invitational

NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma men's tennis team finished competition at the Texas A&M Invitational in College Station, Texas, Sunday, Oct. 28. 

Nick Papac, Leonard Stakhovsky and John Harrison Warden competed in doubles for the Sooners. 

The tandem of Papac and Stakhovsky lost to Illinois's Brian Page and Julian Childers, 8-6. 

Warden teamed up with Texas A&M's Behzad Minavi to face LSU's Harrison Kennedy and Boros Arias, winning 8-6.  

In singles play, Papac fell to Texas A&M's Jackson Winthrow 6-1, 0-6, 6-2. Stakhovsky lost to Texas A&M's Harrison Adams 6-1, 6-1. Warden fell to Childers 2-6, 6-0, 6-3. 

The Sooners next travel to Austin, Texas, for the Longhorn Invitational Friday, Nov. 2.
