Sooners Fall in Final Round of Qualifying

NORMAN, Okla. -- University of Oklahoma's Costin Paval and Dane Webb fell in the final round of qualifying at the USA F28 Futures tournament in Mansfield, Texas. 

The two Sooner All-Americans competed in the third round today. Senior Costin Paval fell to Eric Quigley 6-0, 4-6, 6-2. Dane Webb lost to Phillip Simmonds 6-1, 6-2. 

The team continues fall play on Friday, Oct. 19, when they travel to Minneapolis, Minn., for the Intercollegiate Tennis Association Central Region Championships.
