Sooners Advance to Day Two of Qualifying

NORMAN, Okla. -- The University of Oklahoma's Costin Paval and Dane Webb advanced to the second day of qualifying at the USA F28 Futures tournament in Mansfield, Texas. 

The two Sooner All-Americans competed in the first round today. Senior Costin Paval beat Leonard Ivic 6-1, 6-1. Sophomore Dane Webb topped Brayner Carvalho 6-0, 6-0.

Paval and Webb continue qualifying rounds Sunday, Oct. 14. They will face Carlos Di Laura and Charles Boyce, respectively.
