NORMAN, Okla. - The University of Oklahoma women's tennis team puts its perfect 6-0 record on the line this weekend against ORU on Friday at 11 a.m. and Central Florida on Sunday at 10 a.m. The Sooners were set to play their first matches at the newly constructed OU Headington Family Tennis Center in Norman, but the matches have been moved due to anticipated bad weather. Oklahoma will now play at the Sante Fe Country Club in Oklahoma City.

Oklahoma is ranked No. 37 in the Intercollegiate Tennis Association poll this week, up 24 spots from last week. The Sooners have upset then-No. 59 New Mexico and then-No. 22 Texas Christian to claim a top 40 spot in the nation.

The Golden Eagles are 0-5 on the season going into last week's matches. Central Florida is 5-2 on the season, with wins over Jacksonville, Florida A&M, Florida Atlantic, South Florida and Alabama-Birmingham.

Oklahoma opens Big 12 play on Saturday, March 9, against No. 48 Kansas State. Match time with the Wildcats is set for 11 a.m. at the Washburn Tennis Facility in Manhattan, Kansas.
