(Outdoor) Competed in two meets for the Sooners… Finished top-10 in javelin throw recording a distance of 151-8 (46.23m) at the 2019 92nd Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays… Earned a first place finish in javelin throw with a throw of 162-5 (49.50m) at the Roadrunner Invitational.

2018
(Outdoor) Qualified for the NCAA West Regional in the javelin throw, just missing the nationals cut with a throw of 161-1 (49.09m)… Big 12 Outdoor runner-up in the javelin throw with a PR throw of 176-9 (53.87m)… Won the John Jacobs Invitational javelin title with a throw of 156-5 (47.68 meters)… Took fourth in the javelin at Texas Relays, throwing 166-4 (50.69 meters).

2017
(Outdoor) Qualified for the NCAA West Prelims in the javelin and finished 34th with a mark of 139-07 (42.54m)... Finished second in the javelin throw at the Big 12 Championship with a mark of 162-04 (49.49m)... Finished third in the championship section of the javelin throw at the Penn Relays with a throw of 154-2 (47.01m)... Won the javelin throw at the Rafer Johnson/Jackie Joyner-Kersee Invitational, matching her personal best mark of 166-07 (50.77m)... Placed ninth in the javelin throw A section at the Texas Relays with a throw of 156-08 (47.75m)... Finished fifth in the javelin at the Baldy Castillo Invitational with a mark of 166-07 (50.77m).

2016
Injured during the preseason team pentathlon ... Forced to sit out her true freshman season ... Used an injury hardship to preserve a year of eligibility.

Daughter of Patricia Kearney and Stephanie Hutchins … Has one brother, Ian (17) … Legal name is Gabrielle but prefers to be called Gabby … Parents were javelin throwers in college -- Kearney at Oregon and Hutchins at Pacific Lutheran... 2017 and 2018 Academic All-Big 12 First Team.
