OU T&F to Host Open Tryouts

NORMAN – The University of Oklahoma track and field program is set to host open tryouts for current OU Norman Campus students on November 10th at 2 p.m. CT at the John Jacobs Track and Field Complex. 

Students looking to try out should contact director of track operations Katherine Hoskins at (405) 325-5739 or via email at hoskins@ou.edu. Those interested should also plan to stop by the track offices in the north end of Gaylord Family – Oklahoma Memorial Stadium at 180 W. Brooks Suite 2577 prior to the tryouts. 

The team is looking to add qualified male and female students to all track and field event groups:

  • Vertical and Horizontal Jumps 
  • Throws 
  • Combined Events 
  • Sprints
  • Hurdles 
  • Distance
