NORMAN -- It will be Bedlam as the University of Oklahoma wrestling team faces No. 9 Oklahoma State at 2 p.m. CT on Sunday, Dec. 7. The dual, which is the first of two matchups between the in-state rivals this season, will be held inside Gallagher Iba Arena in Stillwater, Okla.

Ranked Competitors
The Sooners, who are coming off two losses at the Northeast Duals to Rutgers and Missouri, enter the dual with three probable starters ranked in the top 20 of the latest InterMat poll.

Redshirt junior Cody Brewer (No. 3 at 133 pounds), redshirt senior Justin DeAngelis (No. 14 at 157 pounds) and redshirt sophomore Ross Larson (No. 12 at heavyweight) were all NCAA qualifiers last season, and Brewer has two All-America honors to his name.

The Cowboys have six wrestlers in the poll, including Eddie Klimara (No. 14 at 125 pounds), Josh Kindig (No. 2 at 149 pounds), Alex Dieringer (No. 1 at 165 pounds), Kyle Crutchmer (No. 18 at 174 pounds), Austin Scharfer (No. 20 at 197 pounds) and Austin Marsden (No. 5 at heavyweight).

OU vs. OSU Series
Sunday marks the 171st Bedlam matchup, and OSU leads the all-time series 133-27-10. Last season, the squads split their contests, each winning on its home mat. The Sooners secured the first meeting in comeback fashion, 16-15, Dec. 1, while the Cowboys got revenge on Sunday, Feb. 9, 29-9.

Matchup to Watch
The heavyweight-bout could feature two ranked competitors in Larson and Marsden. The meeting would be a rematch of the deciding match from last season's first Bedlam dual, when Larson won by 3-2 decision to give the Sooners the dual win.
