FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — The 200-meter dash yielded NCAA provisional qualifying marks in both the men's and women's divisions while Ti'Anca Mock accomplished the task in the long jump in the first of two days of competition at the Razorback Invitational.  Scottesha Miller and Mookie Salaam each earned marks in the 200 needed to be considered as at-large selections, along with Mock, for the NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships.

Salaam took third overall in the men's 200-meter dash with an NCAA provisional qualifying time of 21.19. Salaam's time was the second-fastest among collegiate competitors as the sophomore won the event's second heat. Salaam entered the meet with the nation's best mark of 21.11.

The women's 200-meter dash also saw a provisional mark as Miller finished fourth overall and second among college competitors with a season-best time of 23.78. The time was Miller's second NCAA provisional qualifying mark of the season after recording one in the 60-meter dash at the season-opening Arkansas Invitational.  Oklahoma alum Leslie Cole, competing unattached, was second in the event with a time of 23.46.

Highlighting the field events, Mock, the program record holder in the event, finished third in the long jump with a top distance of 20-4.50 (6.21). The 2009 Razorback Invitational champion in the event, Mock will look to defend her 2009 title in the triple jump on Saturday.  Mock's jump was the best among collegiate competitors as she finished behind two unattached athletes.

In the men's long jump, Neelon Greenwood finished third with a distance of 24-1.50 (7.35). Greenwood was second among collegiate competitors with the finish.

Kevin Snyder took fourth in the high jump clearing the bar at 6-8.75 (2.05) on his first attempt. The height tied a season best for the senior who won the event at last weekend's Texas A&M Invitational.

Saturday action at the event begins at 11 a.m. with men's 3,000-meter run.
