Sooner Lady Golfers Tied For 10th At Big 12 Invitational

NORMAN, Okla. - The University of Oklahoma women's golf team is tied for 10th place at the Big 12 Invitational at Karsten Creek Golf Course in Stillwater after two rounds of action Monday. The Sooners shot rounds of 329 and 308 to put them in a tie with Kansas State at 637. Oklahoma State leads the tournament with a 16-over par 592.

Junior Allison Johnson leads the Sooner squad with a two-round score of 153. Tied for 18th, Johnson is 10 strokes behind leader Stacy Prammanasudh of Tulsa. Sophomore Lisa Meldrum is two strokes behind Johnson in 23rd place after shooting a 155. SeniorJennifer Tannehill finds herself tied for 48th place after carding a score of 163. Fellow seniors Jennifer James and Wendy Martin are in 68th and 77th place, respectively.

The Big 12 Invitational will conclude Tuesday with the final 18 holes. Teams will once again compete together with all five members playing on the same hole.
