Adding two First Team-All America honors to her resume, Lueking also earned All-Conference honors when she finished runner-up in the pole vault at the Big 12 Outdoor Championship. Mid-year transfer from Stephen F. Austin, Angel Richmore, made an immediate impact for Langley’s combined events group when she finished second in the pentathlon at the Big 12 Indoor Championship. Richmore would go on to finish seventh at the NCAA Indoor Championships and fifth place at the outdoor championships, collecting two First Team All-America honors.
During the summer of 2024, Langley assisted current and former student-athletes at national and international competitions. Langley traveled to Paris to coach alumnus Vernon Turner, representing the United States in his Olympic debut, and Estonia where Enok claimed the heptathlon national title. He also aided Lueking at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in Eugene, Ore., in her attempts to qualify for Paris.
In 2022-23, Langley’s student-athletes combined for one of the most dominant seasons achieved by a vertical jumps and multis group of his career.
