Men's Golf Plays in Valspar Collegiate This Week

PALM CITY, Fla. — Oklahoma opens play at the 54-hole Valspar Collegiate Invitational on Monday morning. The Sooners will play 36 holes on Monday and a final round on Tuesday to crown a champion at the par-71 Floridian National Golf Club in Palm City, Fla.

The tournament hosts 15 teams, 11 of which, including No. 14 Oklahoma, are ranked inside the top 25. Top-ranked North Carolina headlines the field.

The Sooners are fresh off a fourth-place finish at the Pauma Valley Invitational in San Diego.

Oklahoma's lineup card features true freshman Ryder Cowan, All-American honorees Drew Goodman and Ben Lorenz, Jase Summy and Stephen Campbell Jr.
