OU Rowing Announces Addition to 2024 Schedule

NORMAN — University of Oklahoma head rowing coach Sarah Trowbridge announced an addition to the program's 2024 spring schedule Tuesday. 

After hosting Wisconsin on March 30 in Oklahoma City, the Sooners' novice squad will now travel to Kansas City, Kan., for a race at the Big Ten/Big 12 Double Dual on April 13. The regatta will take place at Wyandotte County Lake and also feature crews from Iowa, Kansas and Minnesota.

"I'm very excited for these young women to race for their first time as a University of Oklahoma rower," said novice coach Chuck Rodosky. "We have been practicing all academic year for this moment."
