OU vs. Kansas Game One Start Time Shifted

NORMAN — No. 1 Oklahoma softball's series opener Friday, April 28, vs. Kansas has shifted to a 1 p.m. CT start time from its originally-scheduled 6 p.m. first pitch due to expected inclement weather tomorrow evening in Norman.

All original tickets will still be valid for entry for the updated game time. Gates on Friday will open at 11:30 a.m. Refunds will only be provided to customers who purchased their tickets through the OU Athletics Ticket Office.

The Sooners host Kansas for senior weekend at Marita Hynes Field. The three-game series now begins Friday with a 1 p.m. CT first pitch. Saturday's game is slated for a 2 o'clock start while Sunday's finale will begin at 1 p.m.

A celebration honoring OU's four super seniors, Grace Green, Haley Lee, Grace Lyons and Alex Storako, will happen following the conclusion of Sunday's game. Tickets for all three games are sold out. The games can be seen via ESPN+ and heard on 107.7 The Franchise in Oklahoma and nationwide on The Varsity Network app.
