NORMAN — No. 3 Oklahoma Softball (49-8) scored in every trip to the plate, homering four times while the pitchers turned in a two-hit shutout in an 11-0 five-inning win against Binghamton (20-26) in the opening game of the Norman Regional Friday, May 15.

Audrey Lowry fanned the side and OU scored four times in the first inning.
Kai Minor opened with a double,
Ella Parker walked and
Gabbie Garcia scored Minor with a single up the middle.
Isabela Emerling lined a sac fly to left and
Kasidi Pickering capped the first frame with a 252-foot homer to left center.
Minor and Parker homered in back-to-back at-bats in the second and
Ailana Agbayani plated two with a single up the middle to make it 9-0 Sooners through three frames.
Kendall Wells capped off OU's scoring with a monstrous 289-foot home run to the base of the scoreboard in center.
Lowry, Berkeley Zache and
Allyssa Parker combined for the two-hit shutout.
