OU Draft History

Since the Draft's inception, Oklahoma has consistently produced next-level talent. At least one Sooner has been taken in 84 out of 86 NFL Drafts.

Oklahoma is the only program that has produced at least four NFL Draft picks each of the last 14 seasons.

Since 2000, a total of 104 Sooners have been selected, 28 more than the next-closest Big 12 program during that time (Texas, 76) and 50 more than the second-closest (TCU, 54).

Creed Humphrey

Creed Humphrey | C | 6-6 | 321

Draft Night: Humphrey is the eighth OU offensive lineman drafted under offensive line coach Bill Bedenbaugh over the past seven seasons, and sixth over the last four drafts. The only Sooner offensive lineman drafted higher than Humphrey over the last eight years was Cody Ford, who was taken in the second round (No. 38 overall) in 2019 by Buffalo. Humphrey is the first OU center drafted since Chris Chester was taken in the second round (No. 56 overall) in 2006 by Baltimore. More

Lincoln Riley: "Creed was certainly one of our leaders the last couple of years. He stuck out early in his career, became the starting center and developed into a really good all-around player and a good leader. He's certainly one of the more talented offensive linemen we've had come through our program. I think he'll have a long and very positive career in the NFL."

At Oklahoma: Two-time Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year (2019 and 2020)... Two-time first-team All-Big 12 selection (2019 and 2020) and a second-team pick by media in 2018... Second-team All-American in 2019 by AP, FWAA, Sporting News and Walter Camp Foundation, and one of three Rimington Trophy finalists... Third-team All-American in 2020 by AP... Three-time member of Academic All-Big 12 Team (2018-20)... Did not allow a sack on 1,297 career pass plays according to PFF (allowed only two QB hits)... Started 37 career games (all at center), including each of his last 36. Full Bio & Stats

Ronnie Perkins

Ronnie Perkins | DE | 6-2 | 253

Draft Night: Perkins is OU's highest-drafted defensive end since Dan Cody was selected No. 53 overall in 2005 by Baltimore. More

Lincoln Riley: "Ronnie was a leader and impact player in our program for the last couple years. He's really developed into an outstanding edge player. He's equally good in pass rush as he is in defending the run game. He plays with an edge and an attitude that really takes a guy who's talented and transforms him into becoming an even better player. I think he'll certainly be a guy who will create a lot of problems on the edge at the next level for the Patriots."

At Oklahoma: A second-team All-Big 12 selection in 2019 and 2020... Played in 33 career games (25 starts) and finished with 99 tackles (61 solo), 32 tackles for loss (for 123 yards), 16.5 sacks (for 85 yards), two forced fumbles and 19 QB hurries... Played in last six games of 2020 (started final five) after missing first five contests and finished with 24 tackles (16 solo), 10.5 tackles for loss (for 49 yards), 5.5 sacks (for 32 yards) and nine QB hurries... Averaged 0.9 sacks, 1.8 tackles for loss and 1.5 QB hurries per game in 2020... Started each of his 13 games in 2019 and ranked second on team with 13.5 tackles for loss (for 40 yards) and 6.0 sacks (for 28 yards); also registered six QB hurries and a forced fumble... Started seven of his 14 games as a true freshman in 2018 (named a Freshman All-American by ESPN) and logged 37 tackles, 8.0 TFLs (for 34 yards), 5.0 sacks (for 25 yards) and four QB hurries. Rhamondre Stevenson

Rhamondre Stevenson | RB | 6-0 | 231

Draft Day: Stevenson is the fourth OU running back selected in the last five NFL Drafts, joining Joe Mixon and Samaje Perine in 2017 and Rodney Anderson in 2019. More

Lincoln Riley: "Rhamondre had a short career here in a lot of ways, but he did really make the most of his time. He broke so many tackles. I think that's probably the biggest thing that stands out for him — he's always had the ability to break tackles to get around guys, to run through guys. He has a very low center of gravity and just not much to tackle. He really improved his body, his conditioning level and his understanding of our offense, which allowed him to have a really strong back half of the season for us this past year."

At Oklahoma: Played in 19 career games (five starts) and rushed 165 times for 1,180 yards (7.2 per carry) and 13 touchdowns; also caught 28 passes for 298 yards (10.6 per reception)... Ranked fifth nationally in yards per rush (7.2) over the 2019 and 2020 seasons combined (minimum of 150 carries)... Rushed 101 times for a team-high 665 yards and seven touchdowns in 2020 (110.8 yards per game and 6.6 yards per rush) despite playing in just six games (missed season's first five contests)... Also registered 18 receptions (3.0 per game) for 211 yards (11.7 per catch) in 2020... Named Outstanding Offensive Player of the 2020 Cotton Bowl after rushing 18 times for a careerhigh 186 yards and a touchdown in 55-20 win over No. 10 Florida. Full Bio & Stats

Tre Brown

Tre Brown | CB | 5-10 | 185

Draft Day: Brown is the first OU cornerback selected in the NFL Draft since Zack Sanchez was taken in the fifth round (141st overall) in 2016 by Carolina. Brown is the highest-drafted OU cornerback since Aaron Colvin was taken in the fourth round (114th overall) in 2014 by Jacksonville. More

Lincoln Riley: "Tre really grew a lot throughout his career here. He came in as a talented guy and left as a guy who was much more technically sound. He really played consistently for us in the defensive secondary this past year. He made a lot of big plays. He was a big factor in the special teams game as well, which I think had the interest of several NFL teams. I think he'll do a great job in both of those areas with Seattle."

At Oklahoma: A second-team All-Big 12 selection in 2020... Played in 51 career games and made 33 starts (each of his last 32 games)... Finished career with 141 tackles, 8.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks, four interceptions and 31 pass breakups (ranks sixth in school history)... Served as team's primary kickoff returner his sophomore and junior seasons (finished career with 55 returns for 1,207 yards (average of 21.9 yards and long of 86)... Played in 10 games as a senior in 2020 and finished with 31 tackles, a career-high three interceptions and six pass breakups... Made victory-sealing interceptions as a senior in four-overtime game against No. 22 Texas and in Big 12 Championship vs. No. 8 Iowa State. Full Bio & Stats

Tre Norwood

Tre Norwood | DB | 6-0 | 192

Draft Day: Norwood joins Tre Brown as the first OU defensive backs drafted since Zack Sanchez was picked in the fifth round of the 2016 draft by Carolina. This marks the first year that two OU defensive backs were selected in the NFL Draft since 2011 when Quinton Carter went in the fourth round to Denver and Jonathan Nelson was picked in the seventh round by St. Louis. This marks the first draft since 2016 (three) and just the second since 2012 (four) that OU has had at least three defensive players selected. More

Lincoln Riley: "It was fun to see Tre bounce back from such a tough injury two years ago and really become a great player for us. He made a lot of big plays and made several big interceptions, especially this past season. I think he really settled into Coach (Alex) Grinch's defense and did a lot of outstanding things. I was always impressed by Tre's work ethic and consistency, and I think what is also really going to help him in the NFL is the ability to play multiple positions. I'm very excited for his opportunity."

At Oklahoma: Played in 39 career games and made 24 starts while registering 111 tackles (74 solo), 2.0 tackles for loss, six interceptions (for 103 yards) and 15 pass breakups... Played in all 11 games in 2020 and his five starts came in the final six contests... Tied for Big 12 lead and third nationally with five interceptions in 2020 (all came in final six games); also finished with 23 total tackles and two pass breakups... Named 2020 Cotton Bowl Outstanding Defensive Player after returning an interception 45 yards for a touchdown and adding two tackles in 55-20 win over No. 10 Florida. Full Bio & Stats
