2018-19 Sooners
The Sooners finished the 2018 season with a nation-leading 57-5 record, making their 12th appearance at the Women's College World Series. Oklahoma is the seven-time defending Big 12 champion, a run never before seen in the conference, after sweeping the regular season and tournament titles last year.
OU returns two First-Team All-Americans in senior infielder Sydney Romero and sophomore utility player Jocelyn Alo. In addition to Romero and Alo, returning All-Region honorees include seniors Shay Knighten and Caleigh Clifton and junior Nicole Mendes.
Along with 13 returning student-athletes, Oklahoma welcomes seven newcomers in transfers Shannon Saile and Berkley Faulkner and a five-person freshman class: Grace Green, Audrie LaValley, Grace Lyons, Sami Skelly and Brooke Vestal.
