Softball Single-Game Tickets on Sale Monday

NORMAN – Single-game tickets for the reigning national champion Oklahoma softball team go on sale this Monday at 10 a.m.

Reserved seats have already sold out via season ticket holders, but general admission tickets will be available for $8 for adults, faculty/staff and letterwinners, while admission for youth ages 6-18 and senior citizens 55 and older is just $5.

Group discounts are available for groups of 10 or more, and student receive free admission with their student ID.

General admission seating is located in sections 101 & 104, in the bleachers down the first and third base lines and in the bleacher seating in the outfield. General admission season tickets are also still available for purchase.

Winners of the last five Big 12 titles, Oklahoma opens its home schedule March 3 with a doubleheader against Northwestern State and Evansville, while Iowa State comes to Norman for the Big 12 home opener on March 31.

Other highlights on the home schedule include visits from Tulsa (March 8), Mississippi State (March 24), Baylor (April 21-23) and Oklahoma State (May 5).

Oklahoma's 2017 season starts on Thursday, Feb. 9 at the Puerto Vallarta College Challenge in a Women's College World Series rematch against Auburn on ESPNU before facing BYU. The Sooners are also scheduled to face Nebraska and Washington in the tournament.
