McGreevy Named to All-Big 12 Team

NORMAN – University of Oklahoma men's golf junior Max McGreevy has been named to the 10-member 2016 All-Big 12 Team, the conference announced Thursday.
McGreevy has competed in all 11 team events this season, posting a 72.09 (+0.52) scoring average.
The Edmond, Okla., native was named to the team for the first time in his career. This season, McGreevy has been the Sooners' most consistent golfer, placing in the top 25 in nine of 11 events, including taking the individual title at the Gopher Invitational in September. Additionally, he has finished in the top five three times this year.
The team was identified using the highest-ranked golfers according to the Golfweek/Sagarin rankings following the Big 12 Championship. McGreevy is ranked No. 48 nationally.
The Sooners return to the course May 16-18 at the NCAA Stillwater Regional.
