OU Finishes Aggie Invitational in 10th

NORMAN – The No. 14 Oklahoma men's golf team finished the Aggie Invitational in 10th place with a three-round 896 (+32). The two-day, 54-hole tournament was played at the par-72, 7,146-yard Traditions Club.
The Sooners recorded a 298 (+10) in the third round Sunday.
No. 8 Oklahoma State took the team title with a three-round 864 (E). No. 17 LSU claimed second at 866 (+2) and No. 24 Arkansas finished third with an 875 (+11). North Texas ended in fourth with an 876 (+12) and No. 31 Baylor earned fifth with an 880 (+16).
Junior Max McGreevy was the best finisher for the Sooners, claiming 19th place with an overall 221 (+5). The Edmond, Okla., native shot five birdies in the final round en route to an even-par 72.
Finishing two strokes behind McGreevy was Blaine Hale, whose 223 (+7) earned him a share of 24th. The freshman carded a 76 (+4) Sunday.
Sophomore Grant Hirschman finished in a tie for 41st place with a 226 (+10) overall after shooting a 76 (+4) in the final round.
After recording a 78 (+6) in the third round, freshman Brad Dalke earned a share of 53rd overall with a three-round 230 (+14).
Senior Luke Kwon ended the tournament in a tie for 64th place with a 234 (+18). He totaled his best round of the event in the last round, a 74 (+2). Classmate Beau Titsworth, who competed as an individual and was unattached from team scoring, took a share of 56th place with an overall 231 (+15) after shooting a 77 (+5) Sunday.
The Sooners will return to action April 16-17 (Saturday-Sunday) at the Maxwell in Ardmore, Okla.
