Tickets for Bedlam in Norman Sold Out

NORMAN – Even with extra bleachers being brought in, tickets for Oklahoma's regular season home finale against Oklahoma State are sold out, the OU Athletics Ticket Office has announced.

The May 9 matchup will be the second of three meetings in the Bedlam series this season. In addition, the game will be Senior Day for Georgia Casey, Lauren Chamberlain, Callie Parsons, Shelby Pendley and Jessica Vest. The teams will meet a day later in Stillwater for the final game of the series and of the regular season.

The Sooners defeated the Cowgirls, 7-1, earlier this season on April 22. Freshman Paige Parker struck out eight and gave up just one run and one hit in 5.0 innings. At the plate, she tied a career high with three hits, drove in a pair of runs and scored a run herself.

Tickets are still available for OU's two-game series this weekend versus Utah Valley. The Sooners host the Wolverines on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. and again on Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets can be purchased on SoonerSports.com or by phone at (405) 325-2424 or toll-free (800) 456-GoOU.

Before facing Utah Valley at home, Oklahoma travels to North Texas Thursday. First pitch against the Mean Green is scheduled for 6 p.m.
