Rowing Set to Compete at Clemson Invite

NORMAN – The University of Oklahoma rowing squad travels to the state of South Carolina to compete in the 2015 Clemson Invite on Saturday and Sunday.

The Sooners will be one of many collegiate programs racing at the event, which includes some of the nation's top teams. The programs racing include No. 1 Ohio State, No. 4 Virginia and No. 10 Washington State. Programs from all five major conferences will be represented at Clemson this weekend.

Action will begin at 7 a.m. CT both Saturday and Sunday with the varsity eight leading off both days. There are two sessions (morning and evening) scheduled for Saturday and a morning session slated for Sunday. In each session the first, second and third varsity eights will race along with the first and second varsity four crews.
