- Sophomore Leslie Miller hit a two-run home run in the fifth inning. it was her third homer of the season and the fourth of her career. All of her career home runs have had at least one runner on base.
- Junior Georgia Casey hit an RBI triple in the top of the fifth. It was the third triple of her career, all of which have come this season.
- Junior Shelby Pendley saw her seven-game hitting streak end but she did walk twice, tying her season high. It was the sixth time she has had a multi-walk game in 2014.
