NORMAN, Okla. -- Tuesday's play at the Big 12 Men's Golf Championship in Hutchinson, Kan., has been canceled due to ice and cold. The tournament, which has been reduced from 72 holes to 54 holes, is being played at the 6,759-yard, par-70 Prairie Dunes Country Club.

The 30th-ranked University of Oklahoma men's golf team currently sits in sixth place at 30 over par through the first round and part of the second round of competition. The five Sooners in the tournament are currently through holes 15-18 of round two after play was suspended Monday due to darkness following an hour-long weather delay earlier in the day.
