FULLERTON, Calif. — Heavy rain in the Fullerton, Calif., area has cancelled Saturday's scheduled game between No. 7 Oklahoma and No. 3 Washington. The game was slated to be OU's fifth and final game at the Judi Garman Classic. It is the third game of the Oklahoma season to be cancelled due to rain after games against Auburn and No. 1 Alabama were nixed earlier in the year.
Oklahoma (24-3) won its first four games at the Judi Garman Classic, outscoring its opponents, 35-3. The Sooners have won their last 15 games by a combined score of 117-11.
Next up for Oklahoma is the opening of Big 12 Conference play as they travel to Waco, Texas, for a series against Baylor beginning on Friday.
