Rowing Claims Two Wins Over Indiana

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The University of Oklahoma women's rowing team took two wins over Indiana Saturday. Weather conditions in Ann Arbor forced the teams to change their racing schedule, racing only first, second, and third varsity eight boats against both Michigan and Indiana simultaneously.
#19 Oklahoma finished second with a time of seven minutes and 13.790 seconds in the first varsity eight. #14 Michigan finished first with a time of 7:11.150 and Indiana finished third (7:15.66).
Oklahoma finished third behind Michigan and Indiana in the second varsity eight with a time of 7:13.020. Michigan took first (7:00.860) and Indiana took second (7:10.220).
The third varsity eight took a second place finish with a time of 6:58.070, behind Michigan (6:55.720). Indiana finished third with a time of 7:02.830.
Oklahoma returns to the water April 30 for the Big 12 championships at Lake Wyandotte, Kan.
