NORMAN, Okla. - Former Oklahoma softball All-Americans Amber Flores (USSSA Pride) and Samantha Ricketts (Akron Racers) have just a few weeks remaining in the National Pro Fastpitch regular season. Entering this weekend's play, the two teams are in the middle of the NPF standings.

Ricketts drove in a run during the Racers' July 26 contest against Chicago. In the series with Tennessee, Ricketts went 3-for-7 with a single in three games. She also had a sacrifice fly on July 30 against the Bandits and drew two walks in the second game of a doubleheader on August 1.
Flores went 4-for-10 in a series with the Tennessee Diamonds July 22-25. On the 23rd, Flores went 20for-4 with a double and a run scored. In the series' final two games, she had one hit in each and a walk and stolen base. On July 29 against league-leading Chicago, Flores had one single and a stolen base.
The Racers are at home this weekend against Chicago. The Pride hosts the Tennessee Diamonds this weekend at UCF Softball Complex. The 2010 NPF Championship series is August 26-29 in Sulphur, La.
