NORMAN, Okla. - Former Oklahoma softball All-Americans Amber Flores and Samantha Ricketts have one month left in the National Pro Fastpitch regular season. Entering this weekend's play, the two teams are in the middle of the NPF standings.

Akron Racers | USSSA Pride | National Pro Fastpitch

Ricketts has the fourth-best average on the Akron Racers squad. The former All-American is hitting .257 with four home runs, including a two run shot against the Pride on July 16. Ricketts has 19 hits, 10 runs scored and 15 runs batted in on the season. Flores has nine runs scored and 10 runs driven in and is hitting .209 for the USSSA Pride. She also has nine walks drawn on the season.

The Racers close out a three-game series with the league-leading Chicago Bandits tonight in Omaha, Neb. before returning to Akron to face the Bandits in a five-game set. The Pride takes on the Tennessee Diamonds this weekend in Orlando.
