TEMPE, Ariz. — The Oklahoma women's sprints group recorded four top-three finishes as they wrapped up Oklahoma Track and Field action late Saturday night at the Arizona State Invitational.The group of seven had two second-place finishes and along with two third-place finishes.
Making her collegiate outdoor debut, Marlena Wesh took second in the 400-meter dash with a time of 54.60 while Latoya Heath grabbed second-place honors in the 100-meter hurdles with a time of 13.60.
The two short sprints saw an Oklahoma athlete in third place as Sherine Wells was third in the 100-meter dash with a time of 11.72 and Scottesha Miller was third in the 200-meter dash with a time of 23.72.
