Season Tickets on Sale Wednesday

NORMAN, Okla. – Season tickets for the 2009 softball season go on sale this Wednesday morning, Feb. 4, through the University of Oklahoma Athletics Ticket Office. Beginning Wednesday, fans can order reserved and general admission season tickets online at www.SoonerSports.com and can order reserved and general admission tickets by calling (405) 325-2424 or (800) 456-GOOU.

Reserved season tickets, located in the grandstand behind home plate, are $110 and general admission seating, located in the outfield and foul-line bleachers, is $80. Faculty/staff, softball letterwinners and senior citizen general admission season tickets are $60.

Single game tickets are now on sale for the Feb. 18 doubleheader home opener against Stephen F. Austin. Single game tickets for all other games go on sale Thursday, Feb. 26 at 8 a.m. Individual game tickets are $10 for reserved seating, $7 for general admission, faulty/staff and letterwinners (general admission) and $5 for youth and senior citizens (general admission).

Group tickets are available for a discounted rate. Tickets are $4 each for groups of 10 or more. Groups of 100 or more are eligible for $3 tickets. Arrangements for group tickets must be made at least 24 hours prior to the event. Please call (405) 325-8237 for more information.

The 2009 home slate features a total of 19 contests, including matchups against Tennessee, Tulsa, Arkansas, Oklahoma State and Texas A&M.
