NORMAN, Okla. -- As a bonus to OU softball fans, SoonerSports.com will provide a weekly glimpse of several Sooners playing in the National Pro Fastpitch League this summer.
 
Today's installment takes a look at the players' performance since our last update.
 
Savannah Long scored five runs and added three RBIs against the Rockford Thunder, pushing the Force into first place in the NPF standings over the weekend. Long now stands with nine hits, five RBIs, one home run and seven runs scored on the year.   

Erin Evans (Rockford Thunder) has kept up her stellar year boasting a .324 batting average which tops the Thunder lineup, while adding four RBIs and one home run. 

Evans and the Thunder look to climb up the rankings when they start a four game series with Long and the Force on Thursday.

Slugger Susan Ogden (Akron Racers) added 2 hits against New England with an RBI in Wednesday's victory. Ogden is batting .227 with three home runs and eight RBIs on the year.

Norelle Dickson, teammates with Ogden on the Racers, also added a hit on Saturday against New England. For the season, Dickson's average is .319 with eight stolen bases and an on-base percentage of .429.

The Racers next travel to New England in search of revenge in a four-game series starting Wednesday.
