Bedlam Softball Moved to 6:30 p.m.

NORMAN, Okla. -- The first meeting in the Ford Bedlam series between the No. 12 OU softball team and Oklahoma State on Wednesday, April 2 in Stillwater has been moved to a 6:30 p.m. start. The game time was originally set for 7 p.m., but was changed for a Fox Sports Southwest broadcast (Cox 37 in OKC) that will be televised live throughout the state of Oklahoma as well as being televised nationally on FSSW as part of the sports package on direcTV and dish network.

Chad McKee of KWTV Channel 9 will handle the play-by-play duties and former OSU coach Sandy Fischer will provide color analysis.

Next Wednesday will mark the first meeting between the schools this year in the Ford Bedlam Series as the second meeting will take place on April 23 in Norman.

The Sooners have claimed 11 straight wins against the Cowgirls and have swept the series 10 of the last 12 years since Big 12 Conference play began.
