SB Game Moved to 4:30 P.M. Friday

NORMAN, Okla. All Thursday softball games at the Big 12 Championship have been postponed due to heavy rain on Thursday at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium. The No. 2 Oklahoma softball team will now open the tournament at 4:30 p.m. on Friday against the winner of Iowa State/Kansas, who will play at 1 p.m. on Friday afternoon.

The Sooners were originally scheduled to play at 11 a.m., but the weather pushed all of the games back. An OU win would advance the Sooners to an 11 a.m. semifinal on Saturday with the title game still set for 3 p.m. Saturday.

Oklahoma's 4:30 p.m. game on Friday will be broadcast on Fox Sports Southwest (Cox 37 in OKC) with Bill Land (play-by-play) and Tracy Warren calling the game. Saturday's championship game will also be broadcast live by Fox Sports Southwest.

Tournament Central

Radio play-by-play voice Brian Brinkley will call all of OU's games in the tournament. Friday's game will be available via Yahoo!. If OU advances to Saturday action, all of the games will be broadcast on KOKC 1520 AM.

Saturday, May 12
