Stewart and the Philadelphia Force had a positive weekend taking the series over the Texas Thunder, 3-1.  Stewart recorded a win in game two, pitching all seven innings and allowing only six hits while striking out three.

The Arizona Heat, along with Scaglione and Valdez, struggled against former Texas hurler Cat Osterman and Team USA losing all four games in the series.  In weekend action, Scaglione collected her 10th RBI of the season while Valdez pitched three innings of relief in the four-game series.

Vesley and the New England Riptide dropped the four-game series, 3-1, to the Akron Racers.  Vesley contributed two singles and scored a run in the Riptide's losses.
