Nebraska Wins Big 12 Softball Tournament

2004 Big 12 Softball Tournament
Big 12 regular season champion Nebraska walked away with the conference postseason tournament title after disposing of third-seeded Missouri, 1-0, Saturday night at ASA Hall of Fame Stadium in Oklahoma City.

Peaches James was dominant in the circle and also scored the game's only run before being named tournament MVP. James, the Big 12 Player of the Year, pitched a complete game and limited the Tigers to two hits while striking out 16. Click below for additional information on the Big 12 Championship game.
